  The overall built quality seems great so far, but the cables isn’t actually 10ft, it’s 3 meters which means it’s actually 2 inches shorter than advertised and the highest bandwidth I’ve been able to reach on a bandwith test was 2.3Gbps barely higher than what I get with a 5Gbps cable (2.1Gbps). Using the cable on a usb 3.1 Gen 2 the cable was recognized as usb 3.0. You don’t really get what this cable is advertised as, but for its price it’s still a great câble. Now you know.

  Bought this for the oculus quest 2 link, instead of paying £70 bought this. Get 2.8mb/sec transfer which is equal to the official cable.Ignore the reviews that say it's not usb 3, they obviously have inferior usb ports on their computers and don't know what they're talking about. If you have genuine usb 3 gen 2 ports on your PC this is great.Feels well made aswell. recommended.

  Works for the most part for my Quest 2. Only problem I had was sometimes using sideloader the apk wasn't installing all the way, would stop at 1 byte left. I fixed this by using a usb-c to usb-a plug in my 3.1 usb port. But thats only installing stuff. It works great for once it's installed and you wanna link up with pc.

  Seems like a well made cable. Quite thick and difficult to bend and can hold its shape a bit. Seems very durable along the cable itself and at the connectors.Works very well with Oculus link and I've been using it for seated experiences with the Oculus Quest 2. I would say it's not really long enough for anything near room scale VR. The cable is advertised as 10Gbps although when I test it with the Oculus software the result is 2.9Gbps. I'm not sure whether this is the maximum bandwidth required for Quest 2 or whether it is false advertising for the cable itself.Running the debug tool and increasing the bandwidth to the Quest results in very smooth looking games with no complaints. Oculus have not switched on 90fps for Quest 2 as yet, but when they do, I'm sure 2.9Gbps will be more than adequate to deal with it as I also have used Virtual Desktop at only 866Mbps to run games at 90fps. I would say the gaming experience with a cable link gives a smoother and more reliable experience than virtual desktop which can stutter a bit depending on your wifi network strength/speed.At the £16.99 I paid, i think this is unbeatable in terms of quality for a 3m link cable. Recommended.

  Cable's nice; power and data transfer is fine and good. Bought it as I was assuming a 10Gbps cable with displayport alt-mode, etc would be able to work with the Lenovo USB-C gen 2 dock. It does not. Going to have to shell out the $50 flippin dollars for the cable from Lenovo to get this thing back up and running.Super sad face.

  I've tried a few cables from Amazon for Link with my Quest 2 and this one has worked the best for me so far. It's a little bit stiff overall, but it works good enough for me. You can run the cable through the loop at the back of the elastic head strap as well, which is nice. 10ft is just enough for standing and slight movement on my office setup, which is good enough. I would like a more flexible cable and one that is also longer, but I guess that's what the official link cable is for if I really want to spend all that extra money for it. Honestly, after trying a dozen or so other cables from Amazon, the official link cable from Oculus is looking a lot more appealing just for the flexibility / length it offers.

  I have a Samsung LC49J890DKNXZA 49 Monitor with USB-C port with 90W power delivery. I connect my MacBook 12 Inch with the monitor with this cable without issue. Resolution is at maximum supporting 3840x1024@120Hz.My MacBook is charging, no issue at all!

  I can't comment on the transfer speed of the cables as I haven't measured it but I can comment on its functionality with the Oculus Quest. It works great using Oculus Link. I find little to no latency when using this cable. It also seems very durable. My only concern is the length of the cable. If you are using it with the Oculus I would definitely recommend you get the longest one available. I purchased two cables. The 10ft one I used with the Oculus Quest and even that one is just long enough to comfortably use when connected to a PC resting on my desktop. If you have it on the floor it may be to short. It would be nice if they made these in even longer lengths. I use the shorter one with my cellphone for charging and data transfer. It works great.
