Just got this yesterday for my Lenovo USB C hub. It is currently running an external 1080p monitor at 144hz, a few usb devices and it's powering my Thinkpad T14s with it's 90W charger through the laptop's USB C 3.2 gen 2, though the original charger (and the laptop itself) probably push/pull 65W maximum. So this is the real deal of a cable--braided, and angled so it doesn't stick out and cover my external monitor, and full video, data, and charging capabilities. Comes with a little cable management velcro strap and a ziploc bag. At this price, I researched and found NOTHING better, just buy this now and forget those does not support video shitty cables.

I have a pile of other USB-C cables, but I'm guessing those don't have the e-marker, because none of them would allow me to connect my new laptop via USB-C to my new dock and monitor. It said device not compatible with displayport . The 3ft Fasgear cable worked instantly with no issues.

Since update V25 this cable no longer works as USB 3.0 for me with the Quest 2 link. Which unfortunately is the only reason I bought the cable. I tried another 2 identical 3m cables, and it made no difference.

This right-angle cable is very high quality. Feels like it can pass a lot of power through it. I use it to plug in to my monitor which has a charging USB-C connection on the bottom left side. Now I can lower my monitor to its lowest height and still have the cable plugged in to charge my phone when needed. Bravo!

I was ready to leave a scathing review when the box this showed up in didn't have the angled connection pictured but the product was exactly as shown here. Didn't immediately connect to the Quest 2 but after updates and re-inserting it... worked flawlessly. This is a thicker, not entirely flexible cable, but does it's job of replacing the official cord that costs 50 dollars more. I'm not smart enough to measure throughput or other benchmarks to post here.

I purchased this cable to use with my Oculus Quest 2 link, and it works well.Using on a full USB-C 10Gbps port i was getting at least 2500mbps+ link which was more than enough. It works well, charges the unit but it is a tad thick... however i was expecting that since it is a braided cable.No complaints! Id buy another one. Oh and the white/silver cable goes well with the Quest 2 headset.

If using for a VR headset try using the cable in all orientations. While it uses USB-C your computer will only detect it as USB-C if it’s facing the right way. Try turning the cable upside down if it shows up as USB 2.0

I got this after my USB C docking station died. I am using this cord to connect to two external monitors that are daisy chained together.Computer > [USB C] > Monitor > [Display Port] > MonitorIt works. There's no lag or flickering. As an added benefit, I used to get the warning that I was not using the standard power supply, even though I'm using the one that came with it. That message has gone away even though I am charging the computer though the monitor.
