I am using this to drive a 4k monitor from an iMac Pro, and it works perfectly for that.

Item: Fasgear USB C to USB C Cable 1.6ft, Type C USB 3.1 Gen 2 10GbpsI have recently tested about 10 of these USB 3 C Gen2 10gbps cables with respect to throughput. I have not tested for charging performance.This 1.6ft medium length cable is excellent and with a solid USB-C Gen2 adapter/enclosure and a high-end NVMe SSD drive you will attain approximately 990gBps reads and 960gBps writes. I did not try the other lengths of this cable.This cable is a tight fit when inserting into several USB-C female sockets. Any tighter and it would create stress during connecting/disconnecting. Some cables are very loose which can be an issue.Most USB C Gen2 10gbps cables are terrible with the longer ones (> 3ft) being the worse. Many short to medium cables perform poorly as well but this cable works fine based on my 5-10 tests. Buying a Gen2 10gbps cable over 3ft long is a gamble. See the attached image for details.

I would absolutely recommend this cable for anyone needing a very fast C to C data transfer cable! I will definitely be purchasing a couple more of these as backups in 3 foot and 6 foot lengths for use with my laptop and desktop computers.Love the look/feel/finish of this cable. Strain relief is much better than the Amazon Basics cables, and the braiding is much higher quality as well.I don't have anything that charges by USB type C connector, so I cannot say anything in regards to charging capability. However, as data transfer goes, this cable is very fast, with real world testing speeds matching Atto disk benchmark theoretical speeds when transferring to and reading from my 500GB Samsung Touch T7 external SSD at just under 8Gbps read speed, so in theory, this 10Gbps cable could be even faster when paired with a faster external device!!!

I am shocked this usb-c actually worked for power and display from my laptop to a second monitor. I have previously bought one from another brand and had to throw it away. BUY THIS ONE, FOLKS.

Charges my phone extremely fast and has a great transfer speed. Cable is pretty thick and every part of it feels sturdy and we'll made.

I use this for my Blackmagic Pocket 6k rig to connect the camera to my Samsung T7 SSD drive. So far, it has worked great. No dropped frames or disconnecting. One downside is that the cable is too long, and because of that, I have yanked the cable a few times.

Speed tests were good. Very happy.

The male end won't penetrate completely into the all the female Type-C sockets I tried which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it just makes me wonder if having a tighter fit up against the faces of the socket and plug would be more secure and resistant to snapping off or flexing. Other than that the connector ends feel sturdy and durable. Handling this cable gives the impression it was made to be better than expected, perform better than expected and last longer than expected. Good quality and so lucky to find it!

Seems a little expensive for how short the cable actually is, but cable feels very high quality and feels like it should last a long time

I have lots of USB C cables and this is one of the best made ones. I'm sure this will last many years.

Works well with my USB C hub, and powers my ipad pro (2020) and my note 10 +.
